Visitor Information
- Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
- We do not accept walk-ins or visitors who are only browsing.
- When making a reservation, please inquire about the reservation process from someone with the contact information.
- Due to the nature and sensitivity of the exhibits, guided tours are compulsory.
- The tour takes around one hour and will be led by a trained guide or curator.
- Still photography for private, non-commercial use as a visitor to the museum is allowed. The use of a flash and tripod is prohibited.
- The group size for each tour is limited to no more than 8 people (excluding guide), and is subjecte to the availability of guides.
